Teams
Teams
Teams are an exciting new way to engage and compete with other players in Tether games. Check them out on the home screen of any Team-enabled game (currently active in One Solitaire Cube).
Join Teams
After you play a game, return to the home screen and click the Teams button at the top. From the menu you can join any existing team that’s not full, or create your own!
Prestige
Prestige
What is Prestige? Prestige is earned based on your final leaderboard ranking at the end of an Honor Circuit. The higher you place, the more Prestige you earn. Earn enough Prestige points to level up your Prestige Tier. After you play your first game, you will join a leaderboard with 49 other players of similar skill. See your ranking on the leaderboard by clicking the Prestige button on the home screen.
Team Prestige
Like single-player Prestige cycles, Teams earn Prestige based on their final leaderboard ranking at the end of the Team Honor Circuit. The higher your Team places on the leaderboard, the more Prestige it earns. See your Team’s ranking on the Leaderboard by clicking the Team button on the home screen.
Honor
Honor
Honor is earned by playing our Prestige-enabled games. The amount of Honor earned is based on the entry fee of the game played. Money games earn more than Z games, with one Z being the equivalent of $.01. So a 2z game with an entry fee of 1z will you earn 1 honor. A $1 match with an entry fee of $.60 will earn you 60 Honor.
Honor Circuits
There are three Honor Circuits per week, two weekday circuits and one weekend. Points reset after each Circuit and your final placement on the leaderboard is paid out in Prestige.
Team Honor Circuits
The amount of Team Honor earned is based on the entry fee of the game played plus any Boosts the players have received from their Teammates.
Team Honor Circuits run similar to Single Player Honor Circuits except there are only two per week, divided into one Weekday and one Weekend Circuit. Points reset after each Circuit completes and your Team’s final placement on the leaderboard is paid out in Prestige.
Prestige Tiers
Prestige Cycles
Prestige Cycles last two weeks, or a total of six Honor Circuits. At the end of a Prestige Cycle, the total Prestige earned is calculated and Players will either be Promoted, Maintain, or be Relegated to a lower tier based on the amount of Prestige earned during a Cycle.
Team Prestige Cycles
Team Prestige Cycles last four weeks, or a total of eight Team Honor Circuits. At the end of a Team Prestige Cycle, the total Prestige earned is tabulated. Depending on the total Team Prestige earned during a Prestige cycle, it will either be Promoted, Maintained, or Relegated.
Prestige Tiers
There are a total of six prestige tiers for both Players and Teams. All players and teams start at Bronze Tier and can go as high as Royalty Tier.
Badges
Badges/Achievements
Badges are earned by achieving certain goals while playing a game. Earned Badges appear on the summary screen at the end of a game. They can also be viewed by clicking on the Badges tab on the Prestige page, accessible from the Home Screen of a Tether Prestige-enabled game.
